This website was originaly launched in the summer of 2004, with eight pages, at that time I was quite inexperienced
and the original design left quite a lot to be desired.
The hit rate then was pretty low, and the future of this facility was in serious doubt, however we decided to give it another
year, and visitor numbers gradualy increased, especialy after I learned about "meta-tags" which search engines use to find details of
the site.
Experience gained on my other website
The BSA front wheel drive club
enabled me to incorporate many more features here, this stats page uses a database system that was only available after a major
server upgrade a few months ago, now all the page counters use this facility.
A major move has now taken place, we were running out of websapace, so I decided that we had to move the whole site to a new home,
across the atlantic in the USA, where we now have 5 gigabytes of webspace-----more than enough to put all those 'photographs everybody keeps promising me!
