All Parishioners who had completed a Volunteer sheet were invited to this private event on Sunday afternoon at Hallhayes Farm, Sampford Moor, and despite gloomy predictions from the weathermen there were only a couple of light showers whichdid nothing to detract from the enjoyable afternoon. Everybody tucked in to goodiesprovided by a pair of very generous hosts, augmented by contributions of food & wine brought by the guests.
